VOIP LICENSE ENHANCED PLUS (2 DEVICES) Jabber is an extension of UCLA's VoIP environment and IT Services must configure each user's Jabber profile to be associated with their UCLA directory number for Softphone voice calling to work. The Softphone service uses the Cisco Jabber software, which must be installed and configured on the softphone device by the customer or designated local IT Support staff. The Jabber client can be installed on a variety of devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets or smartphones.
