Telephone Line Service

IT Services provides telephone line service to all departments within the UCLA Telephone Network including Santa Monica Hospital and off campus locations with Extended Campus Service (ECS).

When ordering service, choose the Class of Service (COS) that you would like programmed on each telephone line.  Class of Service (COS) determines the outgoing dialing capabilities assigned to a telephone line. Options: International (COS02) - unrestricted calling, USA and North America (COS04), California (COS05), or Campus Only (COS11) - campus restricted outbound calling. 

Basic Line features:  Call Forward , Call Transfer, Consultant Hold, Conference, Last Number Redial, Name Display, and station-to-station dialing across the entire UCLA  telephone network.

Basic Line features with Voicemail include all of the basic line features plus Call Forward Don't Answer, Call Forward Busy,  and Message Waiting Notification.

Multi-line Set features (EBS, Norstar, and VoIP): include all of the basic and voicemail features plus the following features Group Intercom. Speed dial, and assignableable Auto Dial keys
