Norstar Systems

NORSTAR SYSTEM (KSU)  - END OF LIFE (EOL)

IT Services has important news for employees using Norstar business telephones. The Norstar system has reached the end of its product lifecycle (EOL) and software updates. All Norstar instruments are no longer available for purchase effective 01/28/20. All Norstar telephone instruments will need to be replaced with electronic business sets or Voice over IP (VoIP) sets during the next two years.

If you are currently experiencing problems with your Norstar phone system, please contact us to arrange a replacement with one of these newer options.
