A conference set is a special telephone with external microphones designed to accommodate conference calls. Sets can be connected to an existing telephone line or a new temporary line can be added. Conference sets are available for rent on a daily basis or for purchase. All service requests are subject to availability of equipment and require a minimum of two business days prior to due date to process and schedule a field technician to delivery and set up the conference set.
