Uniform Call Distribution (UCD) is basic call processing that uniformly distributes incoming calls among a group of telephone numbers. Users can log in and out of the group. When all lines are in use, an announcement plays for callers waiting in queue. If the queue is full, calls are routed to a predetermined telephone number. Group report statistics are available to departments using UCD. Rates may vary based on customer application.
